Click the checkbox next to Automatically keep my Mac up to date. This will disable automatic updates from being downloaded and installed on your Mac. I am currently running Mojave 10.14.6 and I seem to have enough room on my hard drive, but when I try to download Catalina, it tells me my software is up to date. Why can't I upgrade?
